Manchester United has been tracking the French international for some time, and the latest reports out of Spain are fascinating.

According to a report carried out by ABC today (press image provided below), Dembele’s representative, Moussa Sissoko, continues to seek large sums for himself and his client, while also pointing to offers from other teams.

According to the renowned media outlet, the representative is willing to agree to a new contract with the Catalan giants, but only on the same terms as Man United and other bidders to recruit the playmaker.

The salary specified in the parameters offered by the Red Devils and demanded by Sissoko is 30 million euros every season, which equates to about £480,000 per week. It should be noted that the attacker presently makes 12 million euros per season (Marca).

Given that the former Borussia Dortmund star has been on the treatment table on a regular basis since arriving in Spain in 2017, the wage demands are certainly unreasonable.

Aside from the massive pay, ABC reports that the agency has requested a signing bonus of 15 million euros for himself and another 30 million euros for Dembele. The figures are exorbitant, which is why Barcelona president Joan Laporta has refused to meet with the representative again.

The Les Bleus star could be out for the next six months, but Sissoko is said to be unconcerned about the issue. Keep an eye on this section for the most recent developments in the transfer story.
