Exit Date Announced – Fabrizio Romano reveals when Manchester United defender’s future will be decided

Fabrizio Romano has weighed in on the transfer rumors swirling around Manchester United defender Harry Maguire as the January transfer window draws to a close.

Maguire has not been a regular for Manchester United this season, which could indicate that he is considering a transfer abroad to ensure he can play more first-team football week in and week out.

Still, in his exclusive CaughtOffside essay, Romano argues that the links with Inter Milan are false and that Maguire’s future would be decided in the summer, not in January.

However, Romano adds that things could change if we have a dramatic conclusion to today, but he doesn’t appear to be expecting any late shocks on Maguire.

Inter has also been connected with Lindelof, but Romano insists the Sweden international will not be leaving Old Trafford.

“There is no way Victor Lindelof could depart in January. As previously stated, Manchester United considers him to be a full-time member of the squad for the remainder of the season. There will be no Inter or Atletico. “Lindelof is staying,” Romano stated.

“My understanding is that there have also not been any conversations with Harry Maguire, despite links with Inter. Maguire’s future will be decided in the summer, not now, unless anything extraordinary happens in the next 24 hours.”
