As the Manchester United midfielder prepares to move on this summer, Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly made Paul Pogba a ‘transfer priority.’

According to the Manchester Evening News, United are preparing for life without the 29-year-old next season. PSG are preparing to’set the wheels in action’ to bring the Frenchman to the Parc des Princes, according to Fabrice Hawkins of the Daily Express.

According to reports, if PSG were to sign Pogba, they would have to release a player to make room in their team. Aurelien Tchouameni, a fellow Frenchman who has been connected with United in recent weeks, is understood to be their second option if they are unable to get Pogba.

Meanwhile, United are apparently likely to miss out on Nikola Milenkovic, one of their ‘transfer targets.’ United has been linked with the Fiorentina central defender in recent weeks, according to reports.

West Ham, though, has won the battle to sign a Serie A player, according to Corriere Fiorentino. According to the Italian daily, the Hammers and Fiorentina have reached a “gentleman’s agreement.”

They allege Milenkovic signed a one-year contract extension last summer to ‘appease’ his present team. A £13 million agreement is rumored to be on the table to keep the 24-year-old playing football in East London next season.
