Ferran Torres, a Barcelona striker, has confessed that he turned down Real Madrid before joining the Catalan giants.
Ferran was on the shortlist of strikers to replace Karim Benzema, but a trade that would have given him his first champions league trophy fell through.
Following the departure of Lionel Messi, he joined Barcelona last summer. He explained his decision to avoid the club in a statement.
