Dan Gore, the promising teenager who recently made his Manchester United first-team debut in a 3-0 Carabao Cup victory over Crystal Palace, showcased his talents once again, this time for the under-21s.

In a weekend clash against Blackburn Rovers, the 19-year-old prodigy demonstrated to Erik ten Hag that he belongs with the senior squad.

Gore produced a remarkable solo goal in a 5-2 triumph, marking his first goal of the season for the under-21s.

The pivotal moment came when Dan Gore collected the ball near the center circle during the second half, with the score level at 2-2.

He embarked on a purposeful run towards the goal, skillfully evading a sliding challenge and outmaneuvering his opponent. He then clinically slotted the ball into the bottom corner.

Gore allowed his goal to do the talking and shared a clip of it on Instagram, prompting enthusiastic responses from his fellow teammates.

Many of them acknowledged the impressive dribbling skills displayed during his run, while Rhys Bennett playfully chanted ‘Messi Messi Messi’ in admiration of Gore’s remarkable ability.

Dan Gore Proves to Be the Difference Maker

While Dan Gore was making his first-team debut for Manchester United earlier in the week, the under-21 side faced a challenging match against a seasoned Bolton team in the EFL Trophy, suffering a heavy 8-1 defeat.

In contrast, the under-21 game over the weekend proved to be a more competitive affair, with Gore playing a pivotal role in tilting the balance in favor of Manchester United.

The team emerged victorious with a 5-2 scoreline, featuring an own goal, along with impressive strikes from Gore himself, Shola Shoretire, Omari Forson, and a penalty converted by Joe Hugill.
