Manchester United Getting Set To Land 23-Year-Old Chelsea Star In Shock Transfer Move

Reports filtering into the sports community indicate that Manchester United are getting set to make a shock move for Chelsea winger, Christian Pulisic.

According to ESPN, the Red Devils, who have made their worst ever start to the English Premier League, have approached the Blues over the possibility of signing the 23-year-old US International in a desperate bid to bolster Erik Ten Hag’s team.

Sources privy to the discussion have indicated that Pulisic is desperate for a move away from Stanford Bridge after enduring a difficult 2021/22 league campaign due to injuries and lack of playing time. Though it is said that Chelsea is open to letting the winger leave on loan, a deal, however, will be subject to the arrival of replacements, which include Anthony Gordon (Everton) and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang (Barcelona). With Callum Hudson-Odoi expected to go on loan, Chelsea might be unwilling to listen to offers for the American unless reinforcements are acquired.
