The 24-year-old joined the German club last summer and has shined in his debut season, scoring 16 goals and assisting 14 times in 34 appearances across all competitions.

In the next window, Bild will examine Manchester United’s ambition to obtain the player’s services.

Erik ten Hag’s side is said to be the “first elite club to draft an official huge offer” for the French international. They intend to make a €120 million bid for the forward, who joined the Bundesliga club on a free transfer.
Paris Saint-Germain would join Manchester United in a deal for Striker Kolo Muani, as both clubs are keen on him. Eintracht Frankfurt, on their part, has stated that they “would let the striker go” for more than €100 million at the end of the current season.

Wout Weghorst, on loan from Burnley, is the club’s designated striker. His contract is unlikely to be extended, and Manchester United is believed to look for a new No.9 in the summer, with Randal Kolo Muani a possible alternative.
