Done Deal!: Fabrizio Romano Announces Latest Arsenal Transfer
According to an announcement by Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have been able to reach an agreement with the newly promoted Italian side, Monza, for the signing of Spanish Center-Back, Pablo Mari on a season-long deal that includes an obligation to buy.
Romano took to his verified Facebook page 2 hours ago to announce that Pablo will be getting ready to fly out to Italy as the deal between both clubs has been done and dusted.
This announcement will serve as a big boost for Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta who has been told by the board that there cannot be any more incoming until the deadwood in the squad is done away with.
Mari’s will be the fourth player to leave the club in this current window, with the likes of Lucas Torreira (Galatasaray), Nuno Tavares (Marseille), Folarin Balogun (Reims) all joining different clubs within the last 1 week.
This leaves Arsenal with the task of finding clubs for other dead weights like Hector Bellerin, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, and Reis Nelson. On the other hand, the club has been linked heavily with Leicester City midfielder, Youri Tielemans AC Milan’s Sandro Tonali, among other players.
