David De Gea has shared a heartfelt farewell message with the Manchester United supporters, marking the end of his legendary career with the Reds.

Arriving in Manchester from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2011, David dedicated 12 years to honing his craft as one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of the club.

As he departs Old Trafford today, he leaves behind a legacy of 545 appearances, 190 clean sheets, and a treasure trove of personal achievements, records, and trophies.

“It is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to all the Manchester United supporters.

“Since my arrival, it has been an unforgettable and successful journey. I could never have imagined, as a young boy leaving Madrid, that we would achieve what we did together.
