Sofyan Amrabat and Ryan Gravenberch on their way to Manchester United?
According to 90min, Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch has told his present club that he wants to move to the Premier League, despite interest from Manchester United and Liverpool.

According to the report, Manchester United are interested in signing Fiorentina defender Sofyan Amrabat, though any potential transfer will be contingent on sales. According to the source, both players arriving at Old Trafford this window is not out of the question; however, this would be contingent on the terms of any agreement for Gravenberch, whether permanent or on a loan basis, as well as the ability to commence outgoings.

According to The Mirror, Bayern Munich values Gravenberch at approximately £22 million, with Manchester United and Liverpool keeping a close eye on him.

Gravenberch and Bayern Munich are due to hold showdown talks about his future at the club, with two contract options on the table for the Netherlands international to choose from.

According to La Nazione through Viola News, Amrabat might be the target of a €25-30 million offer from Manchester United in the coming days. Fiorentina CEO Joe Barone has issued a warning to Amrabat and any other departing players at the club, stating:

“We are always prepared for additional entries and exits.” If there is someone who is dissatisfied, we will be able to fulfill them by the end of the market.”

Would Manchester United benefit from Sofyan Amrabat and Ryan Gravenberch?
Amrabat has been dubbed a “monster” in the middle of the park by journalist Carlo Garganese, and it is easy to see why Manchester United would want the Moroccan international to sit in front of their backline.

According to Transfermarkt, Amrabat made 49 appearances in all competitions for Fiorentina last season, helping them reach the Europa Conference League final and collecting one assist in the process.

In addition to keeping things neat in midfield, the Morocco international had an average pass success percentage of 89.8% in Serie A the previous season, according to WhoScored.

Gravenberch, for example, has battled to establish himself as a starter since joining Bayern Munich, appearing 33 times in 2022/23, scoring one goal and providing one assist, according to Transfermarkt.

Gravenberch ranks highly in the art of shot-creating actions when compared to his positional peers across Europe’s top five divisions, having completed around 4.03 per 90 minutes over the last 365 days, putting him in the 93rd percentile at the time of writing, according to FBRef.

A transfer to Old Trafford to join Manchester United, dubbed a “top talent” by Football Talent Scout – Jaceg Kulig back in 2021, could be the perfect tonic to restart his career as he tries to fulfill his great potential.
