‘Paul Scholes was right’ – All Man United fans all say the same thing after Ten Hag repeated the same mistake vs Tottenham

“You see Tottenham’s comeback coming,” Ten Hag said.

United threw up a two-goal lead at halftime to lose to Spurs.

Before the halftime break, goals from Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford appeared to have won the game. However, Pedro Porro’s stunning volley launched the comeback in the second half, before Son Heung-min equalized with 11 minutes remaining.

Ten Hag was chastised for his substitutions, which were made after Porro’s goal.

Fred replaced Christian Eriksen, as did Anthony Martial and Tyrell Malacia, who replaced Sancho and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, respectively, with the left-back being responsible for the equalizer.

“It was the same as before half-time,” Ten Hag told BT Sport.

“We lost control, we conceded the goal – you could see it coming, and I had already prepared the subs, but I was a little bit too late.”
