‘GO’: DUDEK WANTS EUROPE’S ‘BEST STRIKER’ TO REPLACE CRISTIANO RONALDO AT MANCHESTER UNITED
Robert Lewandowski, according to Jerzy Dudek, would be ideal for Ten Hag’s Manchester United and could replace Ronaldo at Manchester United.
Dudek believes Bayern Munich striker Lewandowski would be most suited to Ten Hag’s Man United.
The former Liverpool and Real Madrid goalkeeper believes Lewandowski has been Europe’s best striker for many years and is shocked that Barcelona wants to sign him.
Interia Sport claimed in April 2022 that Man United had approached Lewandowski’s agent, Pini Zahavi, to discuss a prospective deal.
This month, journalist Fabrizio Romano stated on Twitter that Barcelona is interested in bringing the striker to Camp Nou this summer.
“It surprises me a lot because Lewandowski is not the cheapest player,” Dudek told Marca.
“For many years, he has been the best striker in Europe, and the last ten seasons at Bayern have been spectacular, with eight championships and, I believe, six times top scorer in the Bundesliga.”
