BREAKING – Anthony Taylor relegated to English Championship
The notorious English referee, Anthony Taylor, has faced consequences for his questionable decisions. Taylor,
known for his involvement in the controversial Europa League final that saw Roma denied a clear penalty due to a handball by a Sevilla player, has once again raised concerns about his professional judgment.
Amidst a series of complaints throughout the season, Taylor’s decision-making has finally caught up with him. His lackluster performance as the match official in the recent game between Wolves and Newcastle did not go unnoticed.
As a result, the English Football Association conducted an evaluation of Taylor’s performance and found it lacking. Consequently, they have taken the step of relegating him to the Championship, England’s second division.
In his new role, Taylor is set to officiate the match between Preston North End and Coventry City.
