PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has claimed that the French champions will try to capture Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford on a free transfer this summer.
The England international’s contract at Old Trafford expires at the conclusion of the season, but the club has the option to extend it for another year.
If the 25-year-old decides he does not want to continue at the club, he will have several options, one of which will undoubtedly be PSG after their president Nasser Al-Khelaifi revealed their interest, having previously sought to sign the Manchester United star.
In an interview with Sky Sports, the PSG manager said of Rashford, “He is another wonderful talent, and for free?” Every club will chase after Rashford if he is available for free.
“We are not hiding it; we spoke earlier, but the time was not right for both parties.” Why not in the summer?”
