Final Court Judgment Date Announced – Mason Greenword final Court hearing revealed after been listed on Man Utd EPL squad

Despite being included to Manchester United's official squad list for the 2022/23 season, Mason Greenwood remains suspended.

On Wednesday, United announced their finalized 25-man Premier League roster on their club website. Although he was not among the 25, the 20-year-old academy graduate’s name is among the Under-21 players eligible for the first team this season.

This fueled curiosity about Greenwood’s potential return to the field.

However, United says that there has been no change in the circumstances of the England international, and he remains suspended by the club.

As a club employee, he is automatically listed on the U21 squad list as an option.

Greenwood was detained earlier this year on suspicion of rape and assault, and was later charged with sexual assault and making threats to kill.

Greenwood’s bail was set to expire in April, but it was extended when Greater Manchester Police (GMP) made a court application.

It was extended again after a hearing in June.

Greenwood last appeared for United against West Ham in January. He has 22 Premier League goals in 83 Premier League games for the club.

He has been left out of United’s Europa League team this season, and fans have been barred from purchasing shirts with his name and No. 11 on the back.

Nike has terminated its sponsorship agreement with the footballer, and Electronic Arts (EA) has removed him from active squads in the FIFA 22 computer game.
