‘I’m not ashamed of it’: Jadon Sancho now says he ‘cried tears’ after leaving ManUtd Whatsapp Group as He sends Heartfelt message to fans

Jadon Sancho’s continued absence from the Manchester United first-team squad has taken another twist as he has been removed from the team’s WhatsApp group, as reported by Neil Custis from The Sun.

This WhatsApp group is where Erik ten Hag and his coaching staff usually share crucial information with first-team players.

This latest development reflects the ongoing efforts to exclude Sancho from the core of the first-team squad. The 23-year-old winger is not allowed to train with the senior team and is instead either playing with the U18s or training individually.

Due to safeguarding protocols, when he trains with the youth team, Sancho has to use a separate dressing room.

He is also prohibited from using the first-team facilities, including the canteen, and has his meals brought in a takeaway box in the academy section.

Moreover, Sancho has to park his car in the academy car park, as he is not permitted to use the senior side’s parking area.

It’s been reported that Ten Hag has set a condition for Sancho’s return to the first team, demanding an apology from the winger.

Sancho had publicly disputed his manager’s explanation for his absence from the match-day squad during the trip to the Emirates in September.

Though he didn’t mention Ten Hag by name, the 23-year-old indirectly implied that his manager was dishonest and trying to make him a “scapegoat” in a statement on X (formerly known as Twitter).

This outburst left Ten Hag furious, as he felt personally betrayed after the extensive support he had provided to Sancho the previous season. However, no apology has been extended by the winger to his manager since.

With this situation dragging on, an exit in the January transfer window, possibly on loan, appears to be the most logical resolution to this prolonged saga.
