After a rough 18 months, Rashford was reinvigorated under manager Erik Ten Hag last season and went on to be United’s top scorer with 30 goals in all competitions.

The 25-year-old is United’s first player to hit the 30-goal milestone since Robin van Persie in 2012/13.

Rashford’s goals helped United clinch a top-four finish and a return to the Champions League, which has convinced him that Ten Hag is leading the club in the correct direction.

The Manchester United academy product has been with the club since he was seven years old.
