France star puts Man Utd, Arsenal on alert for bargain deal as he reveals Premier League transfer aim

A France player seeking to end England's World Cup hopes on Saturday evening has expressed his desire to join the Premier League amid reports of a cheap deal.

The Three Lions take on Les Bleus in a World Cup quarter-final at Qatar’s Al Bayt Stadium. With 12 goals in four games, Gareth Southgate’s team is the joint-top scorer in the competition. And they will be confident going into the game against the reigning world champions.

However, Didier Deschamps’ team will provide England with their most difficult test to date. And the French newspaper L’Equipe has already thrown down the gauntlet, instructing France to target the man they believe is England’s weak link.

If England is to reach a second consecutive semi-final, Jude Bellingham will carry much of their dreams. So far, the teenage midfielder has been in fantastic form, playing a key role in their progression to the final eight.

Bellingham, whose family is rumored to have aged to make Liverpool his next club, is a foregone conclusion to start the game. Southgate appears to be sticking with Jordan Henderson and Declan Rice alongside him.

In the French midfield, they will face Aurelien Tchouameni and Adrien Rabiot. Last summer, Liverpool pursued him, but he chose Real Madrid instead.

And the latter also held conversations with Manchester United about a summer transfer, only for his financial demands to derail the deal.

However, his contract with Juventus is set to end next summer. As a result, Rabiot is eligible to negotiate a free transfer to the Premier League beginning January 1.

Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked after Adrien Rabiot revealed his desire to go.
This has fueled conjecture that a return to United is on the cards. Arsenal, on the other hand, has been identified as a possible suitor.

Indeed, according to a source on Wednesday, the Gunners can sign Rabiot if they give up one of their own stars in exchange.

Rabiot has spoken out for the first time about his future, admitting that the Premier League is the logical next step for him.

“I’ve always said that I’d like to play in England at some point in my career,” he told the Evening Standard. “Will it happen towards the end of my Juventus career?” I’m not sure. But, yes, I still want to play in the Premier League. “I want to progress in the Premier League.”

Rabiot, who has been linked with both Manchester United and Arsenal, insists he does not have a choice at the moment.

“I don’t have a Premier League team in mind right now,” he explained. “I haven’t decided on a team or anything.” It’s a general issue; it’s the championship and the level of play that interests me the most. “I believe it corresponds to my characteristics.”

Rabiot is no stranger to the Premier League, having previously spent time in Manchester City’s development academy before joining PSG.

“It was a fantastic experience.” However, I did not complete the entire season. “Everything ran smoothly while I was there,” he admitted.

“I liked the atmosphere, especially the energy around football.” It’s truly unique to the United Kingdom. It’s not like France or Italy.”

Rabiot will look to make an impression in Saturday’s encounter. He has played well for France thus far in the tournament, but he will need to be at his best to assist his team reaches the last four.

The midfielder was left out four years ago after refusing to join France’s standby list. He will, however, be eager to contribute to a successful French defense this time.
