Erik ten Hag needs reinforcements in the center of the field, thus the Brazilian midfielder will have a physical in Turkey on Saturday.

According to BBC Sport, a transaction of €15 million has been agreed upon, with €10 million paid up front and the remaining €5 million in prospective add-ons.

Last season, the midfielder made 56 appearances under Erik ten Hag, scoring six goals as United won the Carabao Cup with a Wembley triumph over Newcastle United and also finished third to secure a place in this season’s Champions League. Other Turkish clubs, as well as United’s Premier League rivals Fulham, had expressed interest in him this summer.
