Marc Cucurella, who just missed out on a move to Newcastle United, now has the opportunity to join another Champions League club.

There was talk of a loan with a buy option, with Cucurella clearly excited about the potential of joining the Magpies before the transfer window shuts.
However, wages were always a concern, and in the end, Newcastle chose someone else. Instead, the Magpies purchased Lewis Hall, therefore ending Howe’s interest in Cucurella.
That was a setback for the 25-year-old, who clearly needs to leave Stamford Bridge. However, as one door shuts, another one opens.

According to Romano, Man United have reached an agreement in principle with Cucurella, who is eager to join the club.
