‘It’s unacceptable!’ – Marcus Rashford warned by Erik ten Hag after partying in nightclub after humiliating defeat to Manchester City
Erik ten Hag issued a stern rebuke to Marcus Rashford after the striker was spotted partying in the aftermath of Manchester United’s defeat to Manchester City.

“It’s unacceptable. I told him, he apologized, and that is it. For us, it’s an internal matter.”
When questioned if Rashford was struggling to meet his expectations, amid criticisms of his performance this season, the manager came to the striker’s defense.
“He is highly motivated to make amends. I am well aware of the effort he is putting in. He made a mistake, but it doesn’t imply that he doesn’t fit in.
He made one mistake, but his off-the-pitch conduct, the way he lives, I am confident he is doing everything right to support the team.”
