BREAKING – Return Date Announced – Man United inform Mason Greenwood about timeframe of potential return
Mason Greenwood has been informed by Manchester United that he will not be able to return to training until next season at the earliest, as the club's internal inquiry is still underway.

According to the Daily Mail, it is unlikely to be completed by the summer, and the Premier League giants are determined they will not be hurried into making a decision.
As a result, Greenwood will be unable to return until at least next season, and it is thought that the 21-year-old has expressed his wish to return as soon as possible and to continue at Old Trafford, where he is under contract until 2025.
This was stated in recent weeks during lengthy discussions with United authorities as his return becomes a possibility.
Greenwood has been suspended by Manchester United since January 2022, when claims of attempted rape and assault surfaced, leading to his arrest and charging.
These accusations were dropped this year, allowing the 21-year-old to return to football, albeit when that will be is unknown.
