FC Barcelona’s first away trip of the Champions League season takes them to Portugal, where they will face FC Porto. Both teams won their opening fixtures, with Barcelona securing a comfortable 5-0 victory over Royal Antwerp at the Estadi Olímpic.

This time, Barcelona will be playing at the Estádio do Dragão, which boasts a capacity of over 50,000. Their opponents, FC Porto, also began their campaign with a win, defeating Shakhtar Donetsk 3-1 on the road.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 9:00 PM CEST, while the other game in Group H between Antwerp and Shakhtar has an earlier start at 6:45 PM CEST. For comprehensive broadcasting details and international kick-off times, please refer to the following information.

FC Barcelona enters this match missing three crucial players due to injury. Raphinha is the latest addition to the injury list after the game against Sevilla on Friday, joining Pedri and Frenkie de Jong on the sidelines.

However, FC Porto faces its own fitness concerns. Veteran captain Pepe, well-known to Barcelona fans from his time at Real Madrid, will not be part of the lineup. Additionally, Iván Marcano is sidelined with a long-term injury, and Evanilson, Gabriel Veron, and Zaidu Sanusi are unlikely to feature against the Catalan side.

This encounter also marks a reunion with a familiar face, Nico González. A product of La Masia, he climbed through the ranks to reach the Barça first team during the 2021/22 season. After a loan spell at Valencia last year, he was signed by Porto in July.
