Manchester United have decided on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future

This summer, neither Cristiano Ronaldo nor Anthony Martial are expected to depart Manchester United.

The fates of both frontmen have been a source of speculation, but United are content to keep both at Old Trafford beyond the summer and into the 2022/23 season.

According to the Daily Mail, both Martial and Cristiano Ronaldo are seen as long-term players at the club.

Martial’s time at Manchester appeared to be coming to an end in January, when he expressed his wish to depart before signing a loan deal with Sevilla. He has scored since joining the LaLiga Santander side, but has since suffered an injury.

Cristiano Ronaldo, on the other hand, hasn’t had the success he had hoped for since joining from Juventus in August, and many had predicted that the Portuguese would leave at the end of the season.
