That’s according to 90min’s Graeme Bailey, and it’s had a lot of United fans buzzing on social media.

Lingard is presently in Dubai with Harry Maguire, Marcus Rashford, and Diogo Dalot, with his future uncertain with only a few days left in the January transfer window.

The offensive midfielder, who has started just two games this season, is in the final six months of his contract at Old Trafford, and Newcastle has offered the Red Devils a £10 million loan fee, according to 90min.

Lingard will also receive a sizable prize if he helps Newcastle avoid relegation.

UNITED FANS REACT
