According to today’s edition of Bild (news image provided below), the French international has reached an agreement with Manchester United and is set to transfer to Old Trafford.

The popular German news outlet reported that the Bavarians were interested in signing Kyle Walker to replace the Les Bleus star.

The Bundesliga champions have revised their attitude and told Pavard he is not for sale now that the England international has agreed to stay with Manchester City.

However, the Allianz Arena club would take a fee of 50 million euros (£42.9 million), which is a large sum for a 27-year-old whose contract expires next year (Bild).

The 2018 World Cup winner is now pressuring Bayern to accept a deal with Manchester United.

After United’s first Premier League match against Wolves, Pavard liked Raphael Varane’s Instagram postings and then liked ones from the official Manchester United account.

Despite an agreement with West Ham, Manchester United have yet to finalize the sale of Harry Maguire. The England international has yet to make a decision.

Erik ten Hag wants Pavard to take over as Three Lions captain. Should Manchester United pay £42.9 million to sign him?
