Haaland is one of the most sought-after center-forwards in the world, with some of Europe’s most prestigious clubs interested in signing him.

This season, the 21-year-old has 17 goals in just 14 appearances across all competitions, and Manchester United and Manchester City are big fans of his. In the summer, Haaland was Pep Guardiola’s top target, but he stayed in Germany.

Raiola hasn’t shied away from discussing Haaland’s future in public, and he’s issued a new statement on the subject.

Raiola has attempted to clarify an interview he gave earlier this week in which he stated that Haaland may join four different clubs. United was not included in the list.

Rangnick stated on social media, “I want to clarify the following concerning the Sport1 interview.”

“When it comes to Haaland’s future, the four clubs I listed were merely examples to show that when he goes, he will move to one of the top 15 European clubs.” Erling’s primary focus now is football, and he is in no talks with any clubs.

“And I restate what I stated earlier: it’s not a given that he’ll leave this summer; it may be the next.”
