Following a stretch of poor form in a red shirt, Rashford was left contemplating his future at Old Trafford, according to MEN Sport. Barcelona, Arsenal, and Liverpool have all been rumored to be interested in his services.

Rashford has only five goals in 26 appearances for United this season, and many have commented on his lack of confidence. These problems, according to Lee Sharpe, have a remedy.

He explained to The Athletic: “I adore Rashford, but he’s had injuries this season and is suffering from a Euros hangover. Pace, strength, and excellent footwork.

“There’s a major confidence issue there, and while game time is typically the way out, sitting on the sidelines and seeing things from a new viewpoint may also help. Furthermore, when you don’t play, the fans believe you’ve improved – absence makes the heart grow fonder.

“However, it’s nearly impossible to be your best in and out of a team.” Rashford’s current deal expires at the conclusion of the season.
