Their next endeavor begins tonight with a crucial journey to Copenhagen in the Champions League group stage.

In their previous meeting, the Red Devils clinched a dramatic win at home against the Danish champions, thanks to a Harry Maguire header for the winning goal and a last-minute penalty save by Andre Onana.

This win provided Erik ten Hag’s team with a much-needed boost of confidence before their trip to Denmark. Currently, they’re only one point away from the second-placed Galatasaray in their group.

The schedule is packed, as they face a home match against Luton in the Premier League this weekend. Here are the latest stories from the red side of Manchester for this Wednesday.

In positive news, Marcus Rashford and Victor Lindelof are back in full training for United, just in time for tonight’s clash in Copenhagen.

Both players missed the weekend’s victory over Fulham. Rashford had been unable to recover in time after sustaining an injury in training, while Lindelof was sidelined due to illness.

The game against Fulham also saw Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s return to the side, as United’s list of absentees gradually diminished.

On another note, Sheikh Jassim has clarified that he has no plans to revive his interest in acquiring Manchester United, despite having no animosity toward the club.

The Qatari businessman recently withdrew from the race to take over United, paving the way for Sir Jim Ratcliffe to become a minority investor in a £1.4 billion deal to purchase a 25 percent stake in the Red Devils.

While Sheikh Jassim expressed frustration that his 10-month pursuit ended in failure and incurred substantial costs, he remains a fan of the club and has no intention of investing in other ventures.

Furthermore, Alejandro Garnacho has been spared any charges by the FA for a controversial tweet celebrating goalkeeper Andre Onana’s penalty save during the Copenhagen match in the Champions League.

Garnacho had posted an image of Onana and his teammates alongside two gorilla emojis, which some campaign groups found offensive.

However, Onana himself clarified that he did not find the post offensive, interpreting it as a symbol of power and strength.

Consequently, the matter will not be pursued further by the FA, who have already sought Garnacho’s perspective on the incident.
