Hannibal Mejbri, who impressed with his tenacity in a cameo against Liverpool on Tuesday night, starts at Old Trafford in the youth game, implying he won’t be part of the team that travels to London this weekend. Raphael Varane and Scott McTominay have both been named to Manchester United’s squad for Saturday’s Premier League match against Arsenal.

United’s players arrived at Manchester Airport on Friday afternoon for the travel to London in preparation for Saturday’s vital match at the Emirates. Arsenal’s midweek triumph over Chelsea has boosted their position in the race for fourth, with Ralf Rangnick’s team currently three points behind the Gunners and Tottenham.

Both of those teams have a game in hand, albeit against each other, but United will feel they need a win at the Emirates to re-establish their top-four ambitions. Varane has missed United’s last three games due to a calf injury.
