Another Truth Revealed as Man United’s Lindelof shoots down question about controversial Cristiano Ronaldo interview

Victor Lindelof of Manchester United has refused to answer questions about Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo stunned the football world on Sunday night when a teaser of his interview with Piers Morgan was released, with the forward admitting that he “doesn’t respect” Erik ten Hag while also criticizing United, the Glazers, Wayne Rooney, and Ralf Rangnick.

The full interview will air on TalkTV on Wednesday and Thursday nights, but the promotional material released thus far has been nothing short of explosive. On Monday, United responded to the interview news by saying, “Manchester United notes the media coverage regarding an interview by Cristiano Ronaldo.”

“The club will consider its response once all of the facts are known.” Our focus remains on preparing for the second half of the season and maintaining the momentum, belief, and unity that the players, manager, staff, and fans have built.”

The World Cup break has begun ahead of the release of the full interview with Ronaldo, and Lindelof was asked about his teammate by Fotbollskanalen on Tuesday but gave a very brief response.

“I don’t know,” Lindelof said. I will not respond to that question. You will answer the next question. It’s my decision [not to discuss it].”

Although Lindelof did not comment on the interview, he stated that it was his decision, not United’s.
