Bruno Fernandes, a Manchester United midfielder, was apparently involved in a car accident on Monday morning.
According to a recent story from the BBC’s Simon Peach, the Red Devils’ number 18 was involved in a traffic accident.
Fortunately, it has also been stated that the Portugal international has escaped the event unhurt and will be able to practice normally later in the day.
It goes without saying that we are really relieved to hear that not only Fernandes, but all other people involved, were unharmed.
However, from a football standpoint, United will be relieved that their first-choice attacking midfielder did not sustain any injuries.
The Red Devils are presently preparing for a tense match against bitter rivals Liverpool on Tuesday night.
Despite the fact that United’s season has been generally underwhelming, denting their opponents’ title aspirations would bring a little sense of joy.
