Paul Pogba accused Manchester United of failing to support him throughout his injury recovery last year.

The midfielder is expected to leave Manchester United this summer, with the club already confirming he will leave when his contract expires at the end of the month. Pogba is set to return to Juventus.

The 29-year-departure old’s has been planned for some time. Pogba was linked with a move away from Old Trafford at several occasions during his second spell with United, but he ended up running out his contract and will be allowed to depart for free.

However, the idea of a transfer was explored with Pogba. In his new Amazon Prime documentary ‘The Pogmentary,’ the midfielder is seen conversing with his late agent Mino Raiola and his lawyer Rafaela Pimenta in the summer of 2021, as he approached the end of his contract with United.

Pimenta asks Pogba what would make him happier while they are reviewing his options. The France international then goes on to accuse United of not caring about him during his physical difficulties.

“What brings me joy?” “To be a part of the initiative in which I’m involved,” Pogba explained. “I had to do something here. They did not assist me after I returned from injury. They didn’t care about how I was feeling, so I had to go to the national team to regain my confidence.”

“It’s all for the players,” Pogba continued. They must feel important in their clubs as well as in their teams. It’s over if you don’t have that.”
