Sheikh Jassim is certain of a takeover.

According to the Daily Mail, Sheikh Jassim is still hopeful of becoming the next owner of Manchester United.

On Wednesday night, it was revealed that both the Qatari billionaire and Ratcliffe had failed to launch new bids for the club before the 9 p.m. deadline.

However, both men are expected to make new offers soon, and Sheikh Jassim is ‘sure’ that his plans are the best available to the club.

They intend to write off the tremendous debt incurred by the Red Devils under the Glazers, while also investing extensively in the men’s and women’s squads, facilities, and the greater Manchester area.

While Sheikh Jassim is optimistic, his and Ratcliffe’s bids of roughly £5 billion fall short of the Glazers’ estimate.

Close new signing

According to the Evening Standard, United are on the verge of signing Watford sensation Amass ahead of Chelsea.

The 16-year-old has only played for the Hornets’ young teams thus far in his career, but he is expected to have a promising future.

Amass is thought to be considering a move to a larger side, believing that greater facilities will help him improve.

The adolescent is capable of playing both centre-back and left-back.

And now, a move to United is on the horizon, with Chelsea set to miss out. This year, the Red Devils have already signed one youth, Gabriele Biancheri, from Cardiff.

Greenwood invests

Mason Greenwood and his partner recently stayed at the Langham Hotel, a luxury hotel in London.

According to The Sun, a superior or deluxe room inside the facility costs at least £640 per night.

It is supposed to have cutting-edge technology, including a fitness studio, as well as an indoor pool and spa.

There are also eight suites in the hotel, including the Sterling Suite, which has a private media salon, and the Terrace Suite, which has three bedrooms and a private terrace.

There’s also the One Bedroom Residence, which costs £2,570 each night. Greenwood is expecting his first child in the summer, and he’s also spoken to family members about marriage plans.
