After a difficult few years following Ferguson’s retirement, Manchester United desperately need to choose their next manager, therefore it appears that the club is divided on this subject.

Pochettino has previously established himself in the Premier League, which may offer the Red Devils a better sense of how he’d perform in the role than Ten Hag, who would be accepting his first job outside of the Netherlands aside from a stint at Bayern Munich II.

Pochettino, on the other hand, has struggled at his present club PSG, whereas Ten Hag appears to be an exciting managerial talent on the rise.

It will be interesting to observe which figures have the most sway over who gets the job in the end.
