According to today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (news image below), Juventus are ready to transfer the Frenchman to Manchester United in order to replace him with Leandro Paredes.

According to the Italian media, the Red Devils have agreed to a cost of 17 million euros (£14.4 million) with the Old Lady.

Furthermore, major steps have been taken in the last few hours to agree on personal terms in order to fully cement the signature.

The Old Trafford club is still discussing the terms with Rabiot’s agent-mother, and the talks are going well. Ten Hag, on the other hand, has personally called the 27-year-old midfielder to secure his services.

Juventus wants to finalize the transfer of Leandro Paredes from Paris Saint-Germain as soon as feasible.

According to CdS, the Bianconeri have already agreed to terms with the Argentine international, and the French champions are attempting to replace him with Fabian Ruiz, who has also been linked with Manchester United.

Rabiot is an active midfielder who can press and break play, although he is not known for his goal-scoring ability. In fact, he failed to score a single goal for the Serie A giants the previous season.

The acquisition of the Les Bleus great may spell the end of the McFred tandem in the center of the pitch, but can he truly fix the club’s midfield conundrum?
