According to the Daily Mirror, the Dutch coach has done well at Ajax and appears to be prepared to take over at Old Trafford, with a second raid on his present club possible.

According to the article, if Ten Hag is appointed manager, Manchester United might bring in Ajax duo Antony and Jurrien Timber this summer, while other transfer whispers have also circulated.

Unsurprisingly, Tottenham striker Harry Kane is being touted as a top target for the Red Devils, with ESPN reporting that they may offer Anthony Martial to Spurs in order to close the deal.

It’s unclear whether Ten Hag is a big fan of Kane, but The Athletic claims that whoever becomes the club’s new manager will be looking for the England star.

United also needs to reinforce in midfield, therefore it’s not surprising that Team Talk has connected Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans with the club.

The Belgium international might be a good replacement for Paul Pogba, who is nearing the end of his contract, while Kane and Anthony would fit in nicely upfront.

Timber appears to be a bright young talent, capable of replacing the faltering Harry Maguire and forming a new-look pairing with Raphael Varane.

Overall, this perspective XI for Ten Hag appears to be quite promising, and it might help MUFC get back to where they want to be.
