Facing Financial Fair Play (FFP) constraints, the Red Devils are steering away from permanent deals this month, focusing instead on potential loan signings to strengthen their squad.
Choupo-Moting has been under United’s watchful eye for several weeks, and the club is now poised to formalize their interest by extending an offer to both the player and his current club.
