Aguero Reveals His Favourite Goals As He Retires From Football
Following his retirement from football, Sergio Aguero, the Barcelona striker, has chosen some of his favorite goals.
Due to a cardiac problem, the 33-year-old has hung up his boots.
In five years with Atletico Madrid, he scored 102 goals before joining Manchester City for about €40 million.
Aguero won 15 trophies during his stint with City and retired this summer as the club’s all-time leading goal scorer with 260 goals in 390 appearances.

Aguero has also represented Argentina on 101 occasions, scoring 41 goals.
“The goal for Independiente against Racing when I was 17 was one of the best goals I ever scored,” Aguero said when asked about his favorite goals. Winning the Europa League with Atletico was a wonderful experience, and then scoring the game-winning goal for City to win the Premier League for the first time was a wonderful experience for both myself and City.
“There are many, the most recent being the Copa America. I barely played a couple of games, but it was exactly what we had been seeking for for years.
“Of course, I’m going to take my final goal against Madrid.” Isn’t it a good last-minute goal?”
